Enzymatic Cleaners

Being greeted by a loyal canine or feline has its rewards. But pet ownership while popular requires certain obligations, not the least of which is petcare.

Potty training is not an exact science. Most if not all petowners are acutely aware that dogs and cats emit pheromones when they urinate for a reason: communicating with other animals, inside and outside the home. Homeowners are likely to find this form of communication via bodily fluids quite onerous with reocurrences, usually in the same part of the home.

Feline urine does not possess a subtle sent and may damage a surface. A few suggestions about dealing with this issue. An enzymatic cleaner may succeed where the deep cleaning fails. This type of urine is not weak. In fact, in certain cases, it may permeate the underlying padding which may not be detectable to people. Cats, though, smell the underlying scent.

An odor-blocking primer on the subfloor may provide additional assurances for people who prefer a thorough approach. Wait for the primer to dry before installing the new flooring. Consider vinyl flooring in a pet-friendly residence.
