The mystery of the Lobster Grilled Cheese at Bonefish Grill

I have two (2) suggestions: One is about safety. The other is about the menu.

The safety suggestion has to do with flooring. Slippery entrances and dining areas may pose a safety hazard at restaurants, for patrons and employees. Consider commercial flooring runners at the bar and in the dining areas as a precautionary safety measure.

The menu suggestion has to do with with an item missing from the menu: The Lobster Gilled Cheese sandwich, served with lobster bisque soup and a leaf-lettuce, balsamic dressing salad. It has been a couple of years since this item was on the menu. Why is this?

Lobster Grilled Cheese. Lobster Bisque Soup. Salad with Balsamic Dressing.
