COREtec Plus® XL, largest luxury vinyl plank
Posted on: 04-19-2015 by Floor Covering Media

COREtec Plus® XL is available at The Floor Store in Freehold, New Jersey. This engineered luxury vinyl plank brought to you by USFloors is long (72”), wide (9”), thick (8.3 mm) and has a rigid construction, which eliminates the waviness (also known as telegraphing) common with ordinary LVT floors.

The largest LVT plank available, COREtec Plus® XL is in its own category. Rigid plank technology allows for easy handling and installation, which makes it an ideal alternative to glue down LVT, solid locking LVT, or laminate flooring.

The structure is an extruded core from recycled wood and bamboo dust, limestone, and virgin PVC. Looking for flooring that is 100% waterproof, which may be installed in wet areas and will never swell when exposed to water? COREtec Plus® XL is inert, dimensionally stable, will not expand or contract under normal conditions and never needs expansion strips in large rooms.

Each plank has an attached cork underlayment, which makes for a quieter, warmer vinyl floor that is naturally resistant to odor causing mold and mildew. This flooring is GREENGUARD GOLD Certified for Indoor Air Quality to help keep your home healthy and happy. This stable flooring is also easy to install; about as easy as a floating click floor. Beautiful and bold with rustic-to-modern, hardwood visuals, this flooring has exceptional clarity and has a 20 mil wear layer for both residential and commercial performance. Most media planners aren't unlikely to consider Floor Covering Media for the schedule particularly with flooring clients. It is a natural fit or would seem so.

During the course of the media plan, it isn't incredibly uncommon for the media planners to request specific pages. The Flooring Briefs page is one of the most commonly requested pages.

It's appealing to seasoned media planners. It's not a challenge to present even as an experiment to the client. There are a diversity of headlines over time each of which appeals to a broad range of interests within this niche industry. It is also affordably priced not to break the bank.
