Luxury home: New 6-bedroom in Bethesda

Floor Covering Media found an article, recently published in the Washington Times, about a 6-bedroom, luxury home in Bethesda.  This listing, written by Michele Lerner; Special to the Washington times, inform readers the entrance has a decorative stained oak and fir door with side panels. The foyer, which leads into an open central reception area with oak stairs, has with oak flooring, a decorative ceiling medallion and crown molding.  Just off the foyer is the living room, which has two bay windows and oak flooring that was stained in place. Adjacent to the living room is the formal dining room, which has stained-in-place oak flooring, crown and chair-rail molding, a bay window and a ceiling medallion with a distinctive light fixture.  Across the back of the house are the center-island kitchen, breakfast area and family room, all with hardwood flooring. The kitchen includes professional-level stainless steel appliances, including a six-burner range, double wall ovens, a microwave drawer, a dishwasher and a refrigerator with a bottom freezer. The kitchen has both recessed and pendant lighting, granite counters and 42-inch maple cabinets with crown molding.  The adjacent butler’s pantry has matching cabinets, hardwood flooring and granite counters. The breakfast area includes a wide bay-window alcove with floor-to-ceiling windows. The family room includes a wood-burning fireplace with a stone surround, recessed lighting and wiring for television and Internet service, according to the article.  More at the Washington Times.

Most media planners aren't unlikely to consider Floor Covering Media for the schedule particularly with flooring clients. It is a natural fit or would seem so. 

 

 

During the course of the media plan, it isn't incredibly uncommon for the media planners to request specific pages. The Flooring Briefs page is one of the most commonly requested pages.
